Wrong, damaged or faulty item (our mistake)
- We exchange it for free and pay all the delivery.
- If you received a completely wrong item, you can choose a full refund instead.

- Size exchange is free. We pay the delivery.
Change of mind or a different item
- We are happy to exchange it, but you pay the delivery.
The item must be
- Unused and unwashed
- With all tags still attached
How to exchange or return (3 easy steps)
- Message us on WhatsApp at 0326 0424543 within 7 days of delivery. Send your order number and tell us what you want to exchange or return.
- For a wrong or damaged item, send clear photos of it.
- We tell you how to send the item back. When we receive and check it, we send your new item, or your refund if you chose one.
