Exchange Policy

We offer exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for exchange:

  • The item must be unused and in original condition.

  • The item must have original tags and packaging.

  • Proof of purchase/order number is required.

Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items cannot be exchanged:

  • Used or washed products

  • Damaged items caused by customer misuse

  • Items purchased on clearance or sale

Refund Policy

Currently, we do not offer cash refunds. Only exchanges or store replacements are available in eligible cases.

Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with product pictures.
