Refund policy

You can report a problem, return or exchange an item within 7 days of delivery. The item must be unused, unwashed and have all tags attached.

Wrong, damaged or faulty item (our mistake): we exchange it for free and pay all the delivery. If you received a completely wrong item, you can choose a full refund instead. Please send clear photos of the item on WhatsApp at 0326 0424543.

Wrong size: size exchange is free. We pay the delivery.

Change of mind or a different item: we exchange it, but you pay the delivery.

How to start: message us on WhatsApp at 0326 0424543 within 7 days of delivery with your order number. We tell you how to send the item back. When we receive and check it, we send your new item, or your refund if you chose one.
